We developed the microsite for Merck's internal corporate activation. Merck sought to reward its most efficient employees and stimulate an ideal work policy. For this, they created the "Merck Originals" a platform in which you told why you were an original employee and how we contributed to the company.
Developed to measure, it had both desktop and mobile video capture modules where users commented on their experiences and tips to be a true Original Merck. One of the great challenges of any company is to generate employee identification with it. So an aspirational concept was created that involved employees in its construction. Giving employees visibility in the company through the videos and we made them feel part of the company, they felt like the original Merck
